Customers in Imatra, Nurmes and Porvoo can access services provided by Kela, the Tax Administration and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency remotely until 27 February. In Imatra, remote services are also provided by the police.

You can find more detailed information on how to make appointments and on the use of services with a queueing number on the remote service pilot’s website, which is open during the pilot.

During the pilot, which began in September 2025, customers in Porvoo and Nurmes have been able to contact experts from Kela, the Tax Administration, and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency remotely. In Imatra, remote services have also been provided by the police. The remote service will be developed on the basis of the experiences gained during the pilot. Information on new opportunities for remote services will be provided at a later time.

After the pilot, the authorities’ services can be obtained from other Suomi-piste service points and from the authorities’ own service channels. Find your closest Suomi-piste service point at https://suomi-piste.fi/find-suomi-piste. To find the authorities’ own service points and other service channels see, for example, their own websites:

The Suomi-piste service point network is being planned, and information will be provided on new Suomi-piste service points in 2026.
