Suomi-piste in Turku

The Suomi-piste brings together the services of several operators in one place. Turku´s Suomi-piste offers a wide range of services for different situations.

Suomi-piste serves customers who need to deal with the authorities on the spot. You can do your business electronically at any time on the authorities’ own online services. At the Suomi-piste, you can deal with the authorities’ own experts, either by appointment or without an appointment, depending on the authority. You can also deal with an authority’s expert remotely via video link.

The service advisors at the Turku Suomi-piste offer counselling and guidance to all citizens during the opening hours of the service point. The service advisors can help you use e-services (digital support), help you use the customer guidance system and the queue number system, and help you submit documents to the authorities. They will also help you use remote service equipment, if needed. Suomi-piste also provides information on the initiation and processing of official matters and general information on administrative matters, as well as opportunities to use a computer and a multifunctional printer.

The Turku Suomi-piste is open Mon–Fri from 8.00 to 16.15.

Construction work at the surrounding music hall is causing temporary changes to how you access the Suomi service point.

Due to construction work at the adjacent Musiikkitalo Fuuga, there are temporary changes to taxi and drop-off routes as well as to the location of the accessible parking space.

Normally, drop-off traffic can stop near the entrance, where the accessible parking space is also located. However, during the construction period, there is no vehicle access to the front of the building.

The accessible parking space and the drop-off area are exceptionally located behind the building on Samppalinnankatu. Please note that there is a fairly steep incline on the route from the back of the building to the entrance.

Parking spaces are available along Paavo Nurmen puistotie and Samppalinnankatu. In addition, there is a parking garage at the eastern end of the building, with access from Samppalinnankatu.

The construction work is expected to be completed in autumn 2026, after which access routes will return to normal.
