Suomi-piste service points serve customers who need to take care of matters with authorities in person. Suomi-piste brings together public administration services under one roof. In addition to national authorities, municipalities and welfare regions may also offer their services at service points.
Service from authorities and help with using e-services
At a Suomi-piste, you can meet an authority's own experts, either with an appointment or without an appointment, depending on the authority. In some cases, dealing with an expert from the authority can also be done remotely.
Most Suomi-piste service points provide general service counselling. The service advisors at the service points will guide you to the services of the authorities and help you use e-services, i.e. provide digital support.
At some Suomi-piste service point, you can also use the customer computers and take care of your matters independently using the authorities’ own e-services.
