The service points are specifically designed for customers who are unable to use online services. In addition, the service is meant for all of those whose matters with authorities require a visit on site.
Public services of Suomi-piste service points vary by location thus you should check to see which services are available at your own service point. Depending on your location, public services can include those of municipalities and welfare regions. Authorities have differing opening hours meaning the plausibility of managing all of one’s affairs within one visit depends on whether all the public services are available at the same time.
