The joint remote service of Suomi-piste will start operating within Porvoo Info as of 1 September 2025. It will provide a wide range of services for different situations. The equipment available in the remote service space enables customers to communicate with a remote specialist of an authority via video and audio connection. The hardware and software also enable the sharing of documents with the agency’s remote specialist. In addition, a third party, such as an interpreter, can be invited to take part in managing your affairs remotely.
At the remote service point located within Porvoo Info, the authorities providing remote customer service include:

The joint remote service of Suomi-piste will be open as of 1 September 2025 on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In the remote service, the authorities provide customer service by appointment. If appointments happen to available at the time you are visiting the service point, you can also use the remote service directly on the spot without an agreed appointment.

Service advisors working at Suomi-piste will provide on-site support to help you manage your matters in the joint remote service in accordance with the opening hours of the remote service. Service advisors provide guidance, assist in using the remote service and book appointments.
