Suomi-piste serves customers who need to deal with the authorities on the spot. You can do your business electronically at any time on the authorities’ own online services. At the Suomi-piste, you can deal with the authorities’ own experts, either by appointment or without an appointment, depending on the authority. You can also deal with an authority’s expert remotely via video link.

The service advisors at the Lappeenranta Suomi-piste offer counselling and guidance to all citizens during the opening hours of the service point. The service advisors can help you use e-services (digital support), help you use the customer guidance system and the queue number system, and help you submit documents to the authorities. They will also help you use remote service equipment, if needed. Suomi-piste also provides information on the initiation and processing of official matters and general information on administrative matters, as well as opportunities to use a computer and a multifunctional printer.

The Lappeenranta Suomi-piste is open Mon–Fri from 8.00 to 16.15.

The address of the Suomi-piste is Villimiehenkatu 2B, 53100 Lappeenranta. The main entrance to the customer service is on the side of Lappeenranta’s kansalaistori square. The customer service is located on the first floor.

A customer bathroom is located on the P floor. Customers also have the use of an accessible bathroom in accordance with regulations, which staff will provide access to. The bathroom is equipped with an alarm system.
