A joint service point brings together the services of several actors. The Kouvola joint service point provides versatile services for different situations.

At the joint service point, service advisors provide advice and guidance services during the opening hours of the joint service point. Service advisors help with e-services, the use of the customer guidance and service number system and the submission of documents to the authorities. The service point also provides information on the initiation and processing of matters. The service point provides citizens with a computer and an all-in-one device for printing and scanning.
