Customer service advisors working in the Suomi-piste advise and guide all citizens during the service point’s opening hours. The customer service advisors will offer help with using electronic services (digital support) and the customer guidance and queue number system as well as submitting documents to authorities. The Suomi-piste will also provide information on initiating and processing matters as well as dealing with the authorities in general. Citizens may also use a computer and an all-in-one printer device at the Suomi-piste.

The address of the Suomi-piste is Villimiehenkatu 2B, 53100 Lappeenranta. The main entrance to the customer service is from the Lappeenranta Kansalaistori square side of the building. Customer service is located on the ground floor. A customer bathroom is located on the P floor. Customers also have the use of an accessible bathroom in accordance with regulations, which staff will provide access to. The bathroom is equipped with an alarm system.
