Suomi-piste service point brings together public administration services under one roof. If you cannot handle matters electronically or if your matter requires a visit to an authority, you are welcome to visit a Suomi-piste service point.

  • The first Suomi-piste service points are open

    In the coming years, more service points will be opened around the country. The service points serve customers who need to take care of matters with the authorities in person. The service points bring together services from the state, municipalities and welfare regions. The range of services offered by the service points varies from location to location. The service can also be provided remotely via video connection.

Suomi-piste has been opened in Helsinki on 1 June 2026. Suomi-piste is located at Pasilan virastokeskus at Ratapihantie 7. The entrance to the service point is on the Veturitori side.

Pilot on remote services from Suomi-piste service points ends on 27 February 2026

18.02.2026 Press release Imatra Nurmes Porvoo

Customers in Imatra, Nurmes and Porvoo can access services provided by Kela, the Tax Administration and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency remotely until 27 February. In Imatra, remote services are also provided by the police.
